If you recieve your product and there is a problem, contact us and we will work with you to quickly put it right. If your product fails at any time during its life, we want to know. We will work with you to work out what happened so we can improve our future models. We will also help you with new product and bike set up to get the best out of your Lekkie product. If you have an issue within a year of fitting your Lekkie product, we will evalute the issue and replace your part. If you have had years of great performance with your Lekkie product and could not be happier when it finaly wears out, share your story and we will give some love back with a discount on your new parts.
