Orders

Ebikelettrica accepts orders from all over Europa. Please contact us by email for the delivery prices.

For every order Ebikelettrica will issue an invoice and send it to the costumer by email.

An order is considered valid when you will receive the confirmation email with the number of your order. After checking the availability of product and the accuracy of the costumer personal data, the confirmation and acceptance of your order will be sent by email.

Through the placed order the buyer declares to be aware of the sales conditions, paying methods and transport.

Prices

Prices can vary, VAT included, and do not contain shipping costs.

Product availability

The availability of the product  is always indicated on the product sheet.There are different delivery times 24 hours – 5 days – 20 days depending on the product ordered.The customer will always be notified after placing the order on product availability and delivery times.

Technical information

The technical information on the product sheet contains the information published by the manufacturers of the goods from our catalogue. Ebikelettrica, can adjust/update the technical information of the products in the catalogue according to the manufacturers’ communication, without any previous notice.

Risk and property

At the time of delivery the costumer must check the integrity of the packaging and the quantity indicated in the transport documentation.

The costumer must check if the packaging is wet or damaged or different sealing materials have been used. In case of discrepancy, thr costumer must inform us immediately by email or phone and take a picture of the damaged parcel before opening it.The costumer must write on the courier delivery receipt the words “Accepted with Reserve” and report this damage immediately.

In the event that the courier does not grant acceptance with reserve, it is advisable to photograph the package before opening. This activity is required for any reimbursement practices being made against the courier.

Warranty

We guarantee the absence of defects of the products for a period of 2 years as guaranteed by the manufacturer from the delivery of the product to the consumer. For lack of conformity we mean:

The warranty is not valid in case of negligence, unauthorized interventions, mechanical adjustments.

In case of lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to restore the conformity of the goods through repair or replacement. The delivery costs will be paid by the buyer.

Ebikelettrica may refuse a new repair or replacement if it causes disproportionately high costs.

For abroad: for every product purchased by us, the European 2-year guarantee is valid. The shipment to Ebikelettrica for warranty processing is always the responsibility of the customer. Ebikelettrica will bear the costs of shipping back to the customer in case of recognition of repair or replacement as a guarantee of defects. If the customer has a problem he must send us the copy of the invoice and description of the problem by e-mail to our address info@ebikelettrica.com.
